Against his mother’s wishes, Mishel Hewes decides to accompany his “uncle”
Arnie Rollison on his yearly sabbatical to Ireland. Not a pleasure trip by any
means, but to commemorate the twenty-fifth anniversary of the day that Cairnnon Castle fell.

But once in Ireland the pair find that Castle Cairnnon is being resurrected at an alarming rate, by some unknown benefactor. And Arnie’s first concern is for the body of the young intern he’d lost when the Castle toppled a quarter of a century before. However, once inside the creepy stronghold Mish is plagued by the same strange phenomenon that had once threatened his father, many years before, on the ill-fated trip. Sick and suffering from the horrible affects of the elemental within, Mish falls to his knees, convinced he is at death’s door. But what he finds instead can only be described as a miracle. Or perhaps, one blessing is just another curse.
